• Booking data: The trip, date, room type and number of seats, along with the traveller details needed to carry out the trip.
• Payment data: Payment amounts, dates and transaction numbers. Payments are processed through a licensed payment gateway (such as MyFatoorah), and we do not store your bank card details.
• Correspondence: Messages you send to us or to the organiser through the platform or WhatsApp.
• Usage data: Basic technical information such as device and browser type, and the cookies required for signing in.

How we use your data

• Creating your account, managing your bookings and instalments, and sending you related notifications.
• Sharing the traveller details required with the trip organiser so the trip can be carried out (such as name, phone number and room type).
• Processing payments and transferring organisers' dues.
• Communicating with you and responding to your enquiries.
• Complying with the regulations and laws in force in the State of Kuwait.

Who we share your data with

• The organiser of the trip you booked only, and only to the extent necessary to carry it out.
• Service providers we rely on to operate the platform (hosting and databases, the payment gateway, Google sign-in), who are committed to protecting data.
• Official authorities when there is a valid legal request.

We do not sell your personal data to any party.

Data protection and retention

We protect data with strict access controls: each user sees only their own data, and an organiser sees only the data of travellers on their own trips. We retain data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for the period required by accounting and legal regulations.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, correct it, or delete your account by contacting us. We may need to retain certain booking and payment records for accounting and legal purposes.
