By using the beyondkw.co website or booking a trip through it, you agree to the following terms.

1. The Role of Beyond

Beyond Destination is a licensed Kuwaiti platform (commission-based agent) for showcasing, marketing and booking group trips offered by specialist organisers. The trip and the on-the-ground services are delivered by the organiser named on the trip page, and the programme details, changes and cancellation policies are subject to the organiser's terms.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• A booking is considered confirmed once the deposit or first payment has been paid and confirmed by our team.
• Traveller details must match the details on the passport.
• Registering interest in "Coming Soon" trips does not constitute a booking and does not obligate you to pay.

3. Prices, Payment and Instalments

• Prices are in Kuwaiti dinars and are per person unless stated otherwise, and vary by room type.
• When paying by instalments, the traveller must pay each instalment by the due date shown in their account. Late payment may result in the booking being cancelled in accordance with the trip's policy.
• Flight tickets are not included unless explicitly stated on the trip page.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

The cancellation and refund policy shown on each trip's page applies. The deposit is non-refundable unless stated otherwise, as it is tied to financial commitments with hotels and service providers.

5. Traveller Responsibilities

• Adhering to the programme schedule and the organiser's instructions, and respecting the laws and culture of the host country and the privacy of other participants.
• Responsibility for obtaining the necessary visas and documents; comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government decisions, border closures), the organiser has the right to amend or reschedule the programme in accordance with its terms.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for any activity carried out through your account.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
