Easy5 nights' stay throughout the trip at the luxurious Apukka Resort near Rovaniemi, in Glass Igloos to watch the sky and the Northern Lights from inside your cabin.
Our upcoming trip is to Lapland in Finland, one of the most beautiful winter destinations in the world: a land of snow, white forests, polar nights and the magic of the Northern Lights, which turn the sky into an unforgettable canvas. Throughout the trip, we will stay at the luxurious and distinctive Apukka Resort near Rovaniemi, surrounded by nature and snow, where we will live in Glass Igloos to experience the true spirit of Lapland and watch the sky from inside our warm cabins. During the days of the trip, we will enjoy a wide range of winter experiences: from chasing the Aurora at night, to husky-drawn sleigh rides and the Reindeer Sleigh Ride, ice fishing on frozen lakes, and riding Snowmobiles through forests and snow-covered plains. We will also visit Santa Claus Village and experience the atmosphere of the Arctic, along with the Icebreaker experience, walking and swimming amid the ice, a visit to the ice restaurant, and a variety of winter experiences that can only be lived in the heart of Lapland.
Many international flights are available to the Finnish capital, Helsinki, and from there on to Rovaniemi. Meeting point: Rovaniemi Airport.
Please personally verify everything related to visas and flights, as these are not our responsibility. Visa: Schengen. Weather: Snowy, polar winter conditions. Mid-March is considered one of the best times to visit Rovaniemi and Apukka Resort, with good snow depth and excellent chances of seeing the Northern Lights (Aurora). Temperatures are roughly -2 to -7° during the day and -8 to -15° at night, and may drop further on clear nights, with longer days and ideal conditions for snow activities and Arctic experiences. Note: The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and are not guaranteed; we may or may not be able to see them, depending on weather conditions and solar activity. A guide to the clothing and equipment required for the trip will be sent well before the travel date.
Full refund of all amounts paid, except 200 KWD.
Subject to the refund policies of the contracted hotels, tour companies and transport providers; amounts paid are non-refundable in full.
Full refund except for 200 KWD if another person from the waiting list takes the place of the person withdrawing, provided that the trip is fully booked.
If airspace is closed or the trip is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control shortly before the trip date, we will make every effort to recover any amounts that can be refunded by hotels and service providers. If this is not possible, we will seek to postpone the bookings and organise the trip at a later date, without any guarantee of a full refund or postponement.
